A full assessment, live, start to finish

I take a real Irish job from the roof to a finished proposal in front of you: the live roof compass and satellite view, battery modelling, the SEAI grant worked out automatically, NC6/NC7 compliance handled, then the branded quote and PDF proposal with your logo and your pricing on it.

The Managers Dashboard

Your live pipeline and close rate, loss reasons, battery attachment rate and how the team is performing, all in one place. This is where you run the business, not just quote a job.

What people usually ask

Will my proposals look like mine?

Yes. Your logo, your colours, your hardware and your pricing. Every quote and branded proposal carries your name, not ours. We set your Company Profile up once and it flows into everything.

Is it hard to learn?

No. There is a Field Guide built into the app that walks you through everything, and if you are short on time I will set your Company Profile up with you on a call. Most people are quoting real jobs the same day.

What about the SEAI grant?

Worked out automatically on every assessment: the tiers, the cap and eligibility are all handled, so you never do the sums by hand or worry about getting them wrong in front of a customer.

Can my team use it too?

Yes. You are the Super Admin at €109 a month with full control. Each staff member is €79 a month, with what they need to sell solar, manage their own projects and use the Schedule.

How do leads come in?

Two ways. You add jobs yourself, or you capture them from your own website with the Solar Calculator (our Websites & Leads service), landing straight into the app ready to quote.

What does it cost, and is there a trial?

€109 a month for your first user and €79 a month for each staff member, with a 7-day free trial and full access. No setup fee, and you can cancel any time. Pay annually and you get one month free.

Does it work on-site, on a phone?

Yes. It is built mobile-first for the van and the roof, so you can run an assessment standing in the customer’s driveway.

What if I get stuck?

You call me. I look after Caolú personally, and I would rather you rang than struggled.
